Protect the Beat features Derek Nash and Darby Todd on drums, and also includes members of Massive Attack and The Bee Gees. Their first CD “It Ain’t Dinner Jazz” received good reviews and a 2nd CD is due out in 2007. They will soon be working alongside USA Keyboard maestro Jeff Lorber.
